Best Place to Work

We're thrilled to share some exciting news! On August 17, 2023, the Australian Best Workplaces List was revealed, and guess what? Parker Precision clinched the 25th spot on the list! We're over the moon about this accomplishment!

It's such an honour to be mentioned alongside some of the most outstanding companies in Australia. We fall into the "Small" Business category, meaning we have between 30 to 99 awesome team members. It's even more special that there are such few companies on the list that operate within the construction industry.

Our Director, Simon, and the fantastic management team at Parker Precision have been working hard over the years to create a company culture that not only brings out the best in our employees at work but also in their personal lives. We've been growing, but our values have remained constant: Helpful, Respectful and Honest.

To make it onto the Best Workplaces list, a company has to be certified as a Great Place to Work, and that involves a comprehensive survey that is sent to the whole company. The judges then take a close look at our company profile and what our employees have to say about working here. From there the list is selected. This achievement wouldn't have been possible without our amazing team members sharing positive feedback about their experience at Parker Precision. It's clear that we're on the right track, creating an environment where excellence thrives.

A big shoutout and thank you to every member of our Parker Precision family for helping us achieve this incredible milestone. Together, we're excited to aim even higher in the future, sticking to our core values and commitment to being the Best Place to Work.

Some words from our Director, Simon - “For us, this is a real achievement and credit to all of the staff that work here and make this company what it is. I wanted to thank all our employees for making this company great, for the comradery and mate-ship you all have and for always working as a team, together to get the job done, no matter what it is.”
